At PawFix, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time: 3–15 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Express shipping options may be available at checkout (if applicable).


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 5–7 days to appear in the system.


5. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to deliver on time, PawFix is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Customs clearance
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
• Weather conditions or unexpected disruptions


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:
• Check with neighbors or your local carrier
• Contact us within 15 days of the delivery confirmation

We will do our best to assist you, but PawFix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:
• We may not be able to change it after the order is processed
• Additional shipping fees may apply


8. Undelivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 15 days from the shipping date, please contact us at:
